Senior APS Specialist, SCM

• Open to local Vietnamese talents with relevant experience
• Working location in District 7, HCMC, Vietnam

Role Purpose:

The role responsible for driving process excellence and systems solutions improvement within the Global Supply Chain functions. It’s focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance end-to-end supply chain operations. The individual collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key objectives include enhancing system performance, capabilities, standardizing processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to improve cost, quality, and service levels. The role also champions continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to drive sustainable improvements and support business growth.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Systems and Processes Management
   • Support on development, testing, documentation and execution of tools in e.g. MS Access Queries, ERP, APS and IBP
   • Collecting and maintaining data for the master data management by optimizing parameters and logic
   • Provide comprehensive support and training to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
   • Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
   • Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
   • Troubleshoot and explore resolution for any discrepancy and errors from the systems
   • Work as application owner to support on server maintenance and server upgrade
   • Review of production limitation with stakeholder and maintain in the system
   • Data maintenance / cleansing during ETL activities with ERP system to ensure quality of data delivery
2. Project Management
   • Lead projects with operational leaders to drive system & process improvement
   • Managing, communicating and documenting the process
   • Coordination of cross-department and international projects
   • Total Quality Management for the project deliveries and continuously monitoring on performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or a related field 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or relevent 
• Highly digitally literate and open to new technologies and developments
• Very strong Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• The ability to generate independent ideas for data and analysis-driven process improvements
• Wide knowledge of material planning
• Documentation and training relating to analysis tools
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in intercultural cooperation (in different time zones, in virtual meetings) in projects and ideally some experience in leading projects
• Very good IT tool knowledge (Access, Tableau, M3, etc)
• A willingness to travel and an openness to intercultural cooperation
• Experience in the field of lean thinking
